Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Maltings in Newark, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
Job Details:
- Part-time role with varying shifts, including nights
- Monday: 19:00 - 23:00, Saturday: 15:15 - 23:00
- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for shifts between 22:00-06:00
- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
Responsibilities:
- Deliver five-star customer service at pace
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
