Head of Programmatic Customer Success

You will lead the Programmatic Customer Success team, reporting to the Head of Strategic Deployments & Success.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the customer journey and moments that matter for daily Claude usage
• Develop and own the programmatic CS strategy
• Design and implement digital success programs
• Build AI-powered engagement plays
• Establish metrics for programmatic success
• Run experimentation programs
• Hire and lead a small team

Minimum qualifications:

• Proven experience in programmatic, digital success, or PLG motions
• Track record of building scalable systems
• Strong cross-functional instincts
• Data-driven approach
• Experience managing teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in digital/PLG, partner ecosystems, lifecycle marketing, or scaled CS
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered workflows
• Background in a fast-growing tech company
• Experience with tiered coverage models

The annual compensation range for this role is $365,000-$435,000 USD.
