Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager IVB

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Innovation Banking team in Mumbai as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager IVB.

As a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager IVB, you will be responsible for delivering revenue and managing asset & liability portfolios by generating new deals and running existing deals. You will work with IVB clients, including startups, unicorns, and soonicorns, across various sectors such as consumer internet, SaaS, B2B, EV, lending tech, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering revenue and asset targets from existing clients and acquiring new clients in a responsible manner
• Driving relationships with clients, including founders and CXOs, to achieve strategic growth targets
• Working on marquee transactions with a focus on GTS, GPS, GM, ISV, DCM, ECM, Private Credit, and other international subsidiary RMs
• Participating in strategic decisions to drive the Innovation Banking business forward
• Ensuring best practices in transaction banking, lending, and risk policies
• Collaborating with other banking sites and product groups to provide end-to-end solutions to clients
• Optimizing the potential value and profitability of existing relationships
• Minimizing credit and fraud loss by working closely with the Credit Risk team

Requirements:

• CA/MBA with relevant experience in client management and Corporate & Institutional Banking
• Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities
• Experience in assessing credit risk and managing financial assessments for corporate clients
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
