Job Description
As a Delivery Processor, you will be responsible for the daily operational activities related to the delivery process and working with other departments to ensure that shipments are planned efficiently and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan and process deliveries based upon customer orders and stock transport orders (with respect to dates, material availability, incoterms)
- Preparation of all required documentation necessary for shipping of orders, e.g. CMR and bill of ladings
- Liaise with carrier representatives and Customer Service department to make arrangements, and to issue instructions for loading, shipping and delivery of materials
- Interact with colleagues, departments, (external) warehouse(s) to ensure proper communication, timely loading and processing of deliveries and customer orders
- File documents and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of work experience in a similar function
- Good to excellent English language skills both verbally and written
- Knowledge of transportation & logistics
- Experience with MS office
- Broad knowledge of processes within a company
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication at every hierarchical level and within different disciplines within the organization
