Description
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Director to lead our APAC Squad's analytics team, which plays a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap for this major region.
As the successful candidate, you will report to the Global Senior Analytics Director for Regional Expansion and collaborate closely with Product, Banking, and Engineering leads for the APAC squad.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the APAC squad in addressing key regional challenges using data-driven insights and developing relevant KPIs to measure impact
- Leading, developing, and coaching a team of approximately 10 product analysts to drive data-led decision-making across product teams
- Refining the analytical vision and plan for APAC and contributing to the global Regional Analytics strategy

The ideal candidate will have experience leading analytics teams in fast-paced, scaling global companies, with hands-on data manipulation and analysis skills in SQL and Python (or R).
We offer a salary range of 230,000 - 318,000 SGD base per annum, plus RSUs.
