Description
By joining Sedgwick, you'll be part of something truly meaningful. It's what our 33,000 colleagues do every day for people around the world who are facing the unexpected.
As a Medewerker Schadeonderzoek & Verhaal (Dader Onbekend), you will handle independent files where the perpetrator of the damage is not directly known.
Your tasks will include:
- Investigating 'Unknown Perpetrator' files;
- Collecting, assessing, and analyzing information;
- Approaching municipalities, contractors, network administrators, and other parties involved;
- Recording investigation results and findings;
- Assessing possible liability;
- Drafting correspondence to parties involved;
- Monitoring deadlines and progress;
- Contributing to an optimal result for our clients.
No file is the same. One file requires administrative research, while another requires approaching different parties to get the right information.
