Description
We're seeking customer service agents to support J.W. Pepper, helping bands, choirs, and orchestras prepare for concerts in schools, churches, and community groups. You'll assist customers on the phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or support experience
- 1 year of call center or office background
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical savvy with dual monitors and multiple browsers
- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems a plus
- Remote work experience a plus
- Quick learner, independent worker
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- At least 18 years old
- Background check and drug screen required
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Manage inbound calls efficiently
- Work without a script, maintaining call control
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions
- Access company resources to handle calls accurately
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Support customer satisfaction and quality
- Multitask using multiple systems
- Complete training sessions
