Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with management, internal and outsourced manufacturing and development partners to ensure process and standards compliance, recording and reporting issues, and providing recommendations for problem resolution.

You will lead a project team of other manufacturing engineers and internal and outsourced manufacturing partners to develop and execute reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing solutions for moderately-complex products.

To succeed in this role, you typically need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent, 4-8 years of experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
