Branch Manager

We are seeking a talented Branch Manager to join our Service team in San Leandro, CA. As a Branch Manager, you will drive end-to-end business performance across multiple branches, leading and aligning Branch Managers to execute clear priorities across safety, customer service, and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive business performance by owning revenue, profitability, cost control, and asset utilisation
• Lead and align Branch Managers to execute priorities across safety, customer service, and financial outcomes
• Translate strategy into execution by developing and managing marketing, sales, and operating plans
• Use data to optimise operations and take timely action to improve results
• Strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction by actively managing Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer feedback programs
• Improve service quality and operational efficiency by addressing warranty trends and reducing repair cycle times
• Build high-performing teams and leaders by coaching Branch Managers and advancing employee development
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and responsibility across all branches

Requirements:

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related subject
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification
• Significant relevant experience, including managerial and budgetary experience
• Minimum 5+ years of operational management experience leading multi-segment service operations
• Demonstrated experience leading large service operations teams and managing complex, multi-segment service environments
• Strong track record of delivering results across key operational metrics
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Service, Parts, and Sales to drive business performance

Salary: $144,000 - $216,000 per year
