Driver Support Specialist

The Driver Support Team is an established team within MY Country Operations – Driver Core Operations, responsible for managing driver support, payments, collections, and governance.

As a Driver Support Specialist, you will work at the intersection of technology and partner support, using AI tools, data-driven insights, and structured ability to improve processes and find solutions for operational challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing governance frameworks and compliance policies aligned with local regulatory requirements
• Conducting governance assessments and compliance reviews to identify potential risks
• Preparing clear governance reports, compliance updates, and dashboards for senior leadership and committees
• Using Generative AI tools to research regulatory developments, support policy updates, and improve routine administrative processes
• Collaborating with teams and external advisors to ensure projects align with governance and compliance requirements
• Accomplishing daily payment activities within scheduled timelines while maintaining 100% accuracy

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Management & Governance, Audit, Business Process Improvement or a related field
• Experience managing partners or supporting team performance; prior people-management experience
• Ability to translate data into applicable insights and operational improvements
• Experience driving process improvements and supporting change management across evolving priorities
• Experience working with operational metrics, dashboards, and performance-management frameworks
• Experience using automation and AI tools to improve productivity, and operational processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze data and create reports, and ability to write SQL queries to retrieve and validate information
