AI Operations Engineer, Partnerships

About the role

As our AI Operations Engineer, you'll design, build, and run agentic workflows that automate core partner experience operations. You will work closely with our systems lead to integrate these workflows with existing systems, turning recurring manual work into reliable automations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations to automate partner experience operations.
• Collaborate with the systems lead to integrate workflows with partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and database systems.
• Convert manual work into reliable, monitored automations with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Ensure operational health of shipped workflows, handling errors, edge cases, and iterations.
• Rapidly prototype with the team to identify high-friction workflows and deliver working versions quickly.
• Establish reusable patterns for efficient workflow development.

Minimum qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tooling.
• Experience working across APIs and business systems, including CRMs, PRM portals, LMS/certification platforms, and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Strong judgment about automation risk and process instincts.
• Clear written communication.

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, business systems, RevOps, or similar.
• Experience in partner/channel operations.
• Experience shipping internal AI tools or automations.
• Familiarity with the Claude API or agent frameworks.

Logistics

• Annual salary: $215,000-$300,000 USD.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time.
• Visa sponsorship available.
