Wholesale Administrator (French Speaking)

Join the Wholesale Operations team at FCE Bank plc (Ford Credit) in Manchester Business Centre. As the bilingual face of Ford Credit for French dealership partners, you will resolve complex financial queries, balance high-value transactions, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the dedicated first point of contact for French Ford dealers, internal teams, and cross-functional partners via phone, email, and messaging.
• Manage daily debt collection, clear and reconcile payments on in-house banking systems, and investigate and resolve unapplied suspense items.
• Execute dealer settlements, clearances, wholesale credit exposures, and facility rewrites swiftly and accurately.
• Contribute to global optimisation projects, support knowledge sharing, and assist with system rollouts and process quality enhancements.
• Support peer teams across the Business Centre during peak volumes and absences to maintain seamless European operations.

Qualifications:

• Fluent business-level proficiency (written and spoken) in both French and English.
• Prior experience in banking, credit control, accounts receivable, reconciliation, or fast-paced customer finance is advantageous.
• High attention to detail with the ability to reconcile accounts, investigate ledger variances, and balance competing deadlines.
• A proactive mindset committed to delivering excellent service and upholding the principles of Fair Treatment of Customers.
• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities within a collaborative, international team structure.
