At WSP, you can shape a career as unique as you are. This role involves leading the Hydraulics Engineering team and designing building services and associated systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Hydraulics Engineering team in implementing project objectives.
- Ensure project designs meet client standards and liaise with local supply authorities.
- Manage records, liaise with WSP personnel and clients, and control design outputs.
- Attend meetings, train junior staff, and create project status reports.
- Use spreadsheet and 3D modelling for hydraulics system designs.
- Comply with SHEQ obligations and apply safety in design processes.
Experience, Capabilities & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Sanitary/Hydraulics Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in Hydraulics, sanitary drainage, cold and hot water systems, stormwater drainage, etc.
- AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of WSP's organisational capability, risk management, ethics, and safety.
- Experience in monitoring and managing multiple projects of varying complexity.
