Category Advisor Analyst

The Category Advisor Analyst plays a crucial role on the Red Bull Walmart Category Advisor Team, providing strategic analytics, shopper insights, and modular expertise to support one of the fastest-growing categories in the Food and Beverage industry.

The successful candidate will have advanced working knowledge of various data resources and tools, including syndicated scan data, JDA, planogram automation, and retailer transaction data.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Energy Drink Category Advisor team in supporting the Walmart buyer with the modular process
• Create and execute modulars in JDA
• Maintain store and item master trait lists and communicate with relevant Walmart teams
• Utilize planogram automation processes to drive shopper-centric planograms
• Create category and shopper presentations using industry tools
• Track and measure results from in-store and online category initiatives
• Provide research and analysis to achieve category and retailer objectives

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong storytelling skills using data and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• JDA space planning software experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Salary Range: $64,000 - $96,000 + cash incentives
