What you'll do

You'll be part of the Kompetenzteam Body & Chassis of the Werkpilothalle Zuffenhausen and support our cross-functional specialist teams. Your focal points will be...

• Function and geometric accuracy of various vehicle body groups (e.g. HV battery, front axle)
• Optimization of production processes and assembly concepts in the context of new vehicle launches
• Production-adequate product design and ensuring producibility in the product development process
• Planning, preparation, and implementation of analyses and measurement series as well as the development of prototype auxiliary tools

What you need

• A place of study for a MINT study program with a technical subject (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, business engineering) or a comparable study program (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between bachelor and master)
• Goal-orientedness, willingness to engage, and a structured, self-responsible working style
• Interest and enthusiasm for complex analytical tasks in the engineering-technical field
• Ideally, CAD knowledge
• High team and communication skills
