UK&I Ethical Campaigns Coordinator

As a UK&I Ethical Campaigns Coordinator, you will join a small, worldwide Campaigns Team to further Lush's values, shape public-facing campaigns, and engage with external groups working to improve the world.

Key responsibilities include:

• Highlighting and suggesting partnerships with progressive grassroots organisations, NGOs, and movements
• Proposing creative angles for UK&I campaigns and maintaining authentic relationships with external partner organisations
• Communicating complex ethical or legislative topics into clear, inspiring educational materials
• Writing compelling campaign copy for internal and external communication
• Collaborating with the PR team to draft press releases and secure earned media coverage
• Maximising impact within a tight campaigns budget
• Providing post-campaign feedback to staff
• Attending key business meetings to provide strategic guidance on core ethical positions

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven portfolio of existing experience, relationships, and personal credibility within the UK charity, NGO, or grassroots activist sectors
• A deep, intersectional understanding of current affairs across environmental defence, animal rights, and social justice
• Highly organised and methodical coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A track record of planning and executing public-facing campaigns
