Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Twitch, you will be part of the Revenue team and work closely with product and business development to grow Twitch Advertising revenue.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to internal clients interested in influencer marketing products, managing media plans and campaign operations, and ensuring smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with the finance team on client approvals and revenue recognition
• Managing the pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs
• Being the client-facing point of contact for campaign execution and delivery
• Guiding clients through internal purchasing tools
• Providing high-level customer service to internal clients
• Managing custom programs or sponsorships with other departments
• Leading custom content campaigns to ensure asset distribution and delivery
• Kicking off campaigns with clients and managing timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities
• Assisting in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy
• Troubleshooting live campaigns with Campaign Operations
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Twitch's site features and products

Requirements:

• 4+ years of online media/planning experience
• Experience helping clients execute media campaigns
• Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly
• Experience working with technical product teams

Nice to have:
