Join Red Bull's Global Off Premise Key Account Team as an International Key Account Manager for the Retail segment at our Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria.
As an International Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances. You will negotiate and coordinate with these groups, and manage day-to-day business relationships with international customers and Red Bull markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing international key accounts, negotiating and coordinating with retail buying groups and purchasing alliances
- Building and maintaining relationships with international customers and Red Bull markets
- Championing a mindset of conditionality and profitability
- Leveraging customer and shopper data to inform business decisions
- Driving and deploying global channel and segment strategies
- Supporting top 25 Red Bull countries in their strategic planning processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects
Requirements:
- 7+ years of key account management experience, preferably in FMCG
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language (e.g., German or French) an advantage
