Description
Anthropic's Safeguards team is responsible for enforcing policies, protecting users, and preventing platform misuse. The Enforcement Operations Lead for Multi-Cloud will own detecting, reviewing, and acting on misuse across cloud partners like Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end enforcement lifecycle on partner surfaces
- Define enforcement paths for each partner's operating model
- Manage SLAs for review, escalation, and action
- Develop and maintain SOPs and escalation guides
- Establish red-teaming, Quality processes, and operationalize shared metrics
- Stand up paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams
- Own enforcement metrics across partner surfaces and report them
Minimum qualifications:
- Extensive experience in trust and safety operations, enforcement, or a related field
- Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships
- Comfortable working across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams
- Experience building enforcement programs from the ground up
- Highly organized with a track record of maintaining rigorous documentation and SOPs
- Clear and precise communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications:
- Direct trust & safety, abuse, or security operations experience at AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience designing incident response or escalation processes that span multiple companies
- Familiarity with data access controls, audit requirements, or privacy-constrained review environments
- Experience with law enforcement referrals, regulatory reporting, or compliance programs
- Background in AI safety, content moderation, fraud, or abuse detection systems
The annual compensation range for this role is $285,000-$330,000 USD.
