Associate Services Architect

The Associate Services Architect is a content-focused role responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical content for the Professional Services Portfolio.

This role blends technical aptitude with content development and communication skills, working under the mentorship of a Senior Services Architect or Manager to design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, training content, and enablement material.

Key responsibilities include:

• Content creation and maintenance, including updates to consulting service offerings, enablement content, and technical presentations
• Maintenance backlog management, ensuring existing courses and labs are current with evolving Tenable products
• Collateral support for new offerings and evaluation of existing content for accuracy and relevance
• Delivery and review of pre-production training sessions, live demonstrations, and content reviews with peers
• Strategic engagement and support, including customer and partner engagement, cross-functional problem solving, and Tier-1 support coverage
• Project and process management, including independent delivery of assigned projects and process improvement

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Information Security or equivalent training/education/services
• Some exposure to vulnerability management concepts and Tenable product suite
• Experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery is beneficial
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with security assessment tools such as Nessus, Kali Linux, or Metasploit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
