Finance Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Finance team as an intern.

As a Finance Intern at Red Bull, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the purchase order cycle, including opening, outstanding balances, ageing, and closing unused orders
• Controlling monthly provisions, including data collection, calculations, and follow-ups
• Managing the creation and maintenance of internal orders, including opening, changes, blocks, and closures
• Conducting follow-ups with Marketing and functional teams to obtain information, approvals, and deadlines
• Supporting reclassifications, reconciliations, and adjustments of marketing investment lines and indirect expenses
• Maintaining up-to-date operational databases, controls, and reports
• Assisting the team with ad-hoc requests and analysis of financial data

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong interest in operational routines of controllership, including purchase orders, provisions, and internal orders
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including PROCV/PROCX, dynamic tables, and SOMASES
• Experience with data processing and analysis
• Analytical skills, particularly in cost and performance analysis
• Familiarity with monthly closings, planning, and forecasting
• Currently studying Accounting, Economics, or related fields, with a preference for night shifts
• Intermediate English language skills
