We are seeking a Utility Operator to join our team at 3M Aearo Technologies in Newark, Delaware.
As a Utility Operator, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative people from around the world and make an impact by:
- Pulling, packing, and labeling orders per established procedures and customer requirements
- Processing orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED or higher
- Ability to read and interpret measuring devices in metric format
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2 years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret measuring devices in metric format such as a ruler, tape measure, and drop gauge
