Key responsibilities include:
- Executing visual standards and promotional signage to drive sales and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining product availability and a full sales floor by prioritising fills and merchandising to capacity
- Supporting guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest needs
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
