Priory Hospital Newbury is seeking 2 part-time cleaners to join the team, working 29 hours and 23 hours per week.

We're looking for people who care and take pride in contributing to an essential service. You don't need previous experience – just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We are happy to discuss your preferences for working days and hours, with shifts typically available between 7am–5pm, Monday to Sunday.
Priory Hospital Newbury, located in Berkshire, is a level 2 rehabilitation service which supports male adults with mental health needs, who are working towards a life back in the community. It also offers excellent transport links.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site
- Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards
- Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
- Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
- Supporting colleagues where required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Good standard of English, with basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to carry out an active role throughout the day
