Resource & Inclusion Teacher (Special Day Class) - Signing Bonus Eligible

KIPP SoCal Public Schools is seeking a Resource & Inclusion Teacher (Special Day Class) to join their team. The successful candidate will teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and inspire passion in students to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Teach students with special needs, providing individualized instruction and support
• Collaborate with general education teachers and administrators to develop goals and objectives
• Analyze student assessment results to inform instruction
• Manage compliance of accommodations and modifications for students with IEPs
• Develop and implement behavior management techniques
• Ensure student achievement and progress towards IEP goals
• Communicate and collaborate with teammates, parents, and community members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Valid preliminary or CLEAR Education Specialist Credential teaching credential
• Multiple years of teaching experience in similar communities
