Expert ECE C - COSMOS Project

Eurostar International is seeking an Expert ECE C for its COSMOS project. The successful candidate will act as the functional and IT reference for the new systems to be deployed as part of the project at Eurostar, covering both Continental and Cross-Channel fleets.

The COSMOS project aims to replace current Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with a new CMMS and maintenance processes recently deployed by SNCF for its high-speed fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in railway engineering and maintenance, particularly with high-speed rolling stock.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the reference for new ECE C processes and associated IT systems
• Providing expertise within the project and monitoring developments related to maintenance ordering, validation of completed work, return to service, and supporting tools
• Supporting change management through training and operational presence during key project phases
• Ensuring expertise on maintenance data management for the Eurostar fleet within the new tools
• Defining and delivering KPIs within the future reporting system
• Delivering training to tool users and ensuring on-site presence during Go Lives, testing phases, and data migration

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• 5 years of experience in railway engineering and maintenance
• Proven experience with high-speed rolling stock, preferably TGV or equivalent
• Experience in project management
• Proficiency in engineering reference data and IT tools
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops, synthesizing information, and structuring action plans
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
