Data Analyst (Ads & Sponsorships)

Electronic Arts is seeking a Data Analyst (Ads & Sponsorships) to join their Marketing team in Kirkland or Los Angeles. As a Data Analyst, you will manage monthly reporting deliverables for in-game advertising inventory and develop scalable data models and dashboards for the Ads & Sponsorships (A&S) team.

Responsibilities:

• Align with the AdOps team on campaign reporting and create consistent reports for custom A&S inventory across EA titles.
• Automate report processes with AdTech and define requirements for report output.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure new inventory is included in standardized reporting.
• Maintain documentation of reporting queries and KPI calculations.
• Bridge the reporting gap for A&S inventory in mobile titles and work towards automation.
• Build and maintain A&S team dashboards.
• Manage access and permissions for A&S dashboards.
• Design and maintain internal A&S data models and databases.
• Build partnerships with studio analytics teams.
• Fulfill ad hoc telemetry and data requests.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Bachelor's, MBA, or Master's degree in Statistics or related field.
• Database knowledge, including SQL statements and window/analytic functions.
• Competent with at least one analytics software package (Python, R, SAS, or SPSS).
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Familiarity with core data engineering concepts, such as pipelines, schemas, ETL, and telemetry.
• Clear documentation habits and prioritization recommendations.
• Interest in games and exposure to digital advertising metrics or game telemetry data.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
