Demand Planning Executive

We are seeking a Demand Planning Executive to join our team in Istanbul. As a Demand Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Share sales forecasts with the Production Planning Department on a monthly basis for all segments, track and report them
• Create, plan and follow up on imported orders (buy-sell products) for all segments
• Maintain coordination between the sales team and other departments
• Carry out necessary work to keep company stocks within target limits
• Notify the sales team of products that do not move in stock and carry out necessary work to destock
• Work in coordination with the Production Department to respond to production needs
• Prepare monthly forecast and actualization reports
• Determine minimum and maximum stock limits for products and upload to the system
• Track production of unplanned orders from customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Excellent command of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
• 5-8 years of experience in a relevant role
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• High sense of responsibility, open to taking initiatives and making quick decisions
• Proactive, process and solution-oriented, team player
• Good project management skills with high analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and good follow-up
• High ability to manage time
