As a Product Market Lead, Shooters China, you will transform China market signals into actionable insights and recommendations to enhance live service performance for shooter games.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Shooter Games China Decision Intelligence, building a unified view of performance and player response across various metrics
• Deliver structured hypotheses and recommendations based on data analysis
• Provide China content and cultural relevance input, interpreting player behavior and market trends
• Translate competitor learning into concrete experiments and recommendations
• Craft and frame impactful recommendations, aligning product and go-to-market strategies
• Own forecast narratives and market-level assumptions
• Engage with studios and ensure structured governance
• Document learnings and outcomes, creating reusable playbooks

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in FPS live service product, publishing, strategy, analytics, or growth
• Strong understanding of FPS live service economics, including retention, monetization, and player segmentation
• Familiarity with China FPS player behavior and competitive landscape
• Commercial literacy, including ROI, sensitivity, and exposure framing
• Cross-cultural work experience and proficiency in Mandarin; English preferred
• Active player of FPS/shooter games preferred
