Description
As a Training Specialist Senior, you will play a crucial role in training division officers and department heads in the operation and tactical employment of the SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare System, its interfaces, and associated equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Train others in the technical description, operation, and tactical employment of Electronic Warfare Systems on Aegis BL9
- Familiarity with EW-related training systems such as BEWT and/or SEWTT, their integration into relevant host combat systems as well as adjacent EW systems
- Evaluate watchstander performance in hardkill/softkill integration, sensor and weapons tactical employment techniques and effective internal and external communications
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of curriculum development for SCSTC courses
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a CTT qualified as a SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare Operator and Supervisor
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
- Secret clearance level
- US citizenship required
