Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the 3M site in Tilloy-Lez-Cambrai. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment. You will diagnose the causes of breakdowns and perform maintenance interventions (repairs, preventive maintenance, etc.).
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment
- Diagnose the causes of breakdowns and perform maintenance interventions
- Coordinate with the Module Leader to plan and implement maintenance work in your area
- Identify and report hazardous situations
- Improve equipment efficiency (preventive maintenance plans, TPM, projects, AMDEC, etc.)
- Propose and implement technical improvements (component changes, etc.)
- Perform weekend maintenance duties on all site modules after training
Requirements:
- Recognised experience in maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or industry
- Ability to adapt to different intervention areas
- Strong focus on safety and environment
- Ideally, BTS CIRA, BTS or DUT in Maintenance / Electrical Engineering / Automation with confirmed professional experience in industry
- GMAO knowledge
- Organised, rigorous, reliable, and autonomous
- Teamwork and communication skills
