Description

NVIDIA is looking for a Software Performance Engineer to join their Linux Drivers group.

You will work closely with NVIDIA Driver developers, verification teams, and performance architects to gain a deep understanding of NVIDIA's Networking products and technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with developers to test new components, including crafting and executing unit, functional, and performance tests.
  • Developing a verification environment and tools to qualify the product from functional and performance perspectives.
  • Investigating performance-related issues in networking Linux drivers.
  • Analyzing coverage measures to identify verification holes and show progress toward product development and releases.
  • Identifying and writing all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner cases.
  • Incorporating AI mindset and practices in your daily work.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or SW/Computer Engineering.
  • 1+ years of work experience in low-level software development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C.
  • Strong orientation towards performance aspects in low-level code design.
  • Background with Networking and protocols.
  • Creative, motivated, and results-driven worker.

Nice to have:

  • Background in Linux Operating Systems.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in performance analysis and debug of low-level code.
