Description
NVIDIA is looking for a Software Performance Engineer to join their Linux Drivers group.
You will work closely with NVIDIA Driver developers, verification teams, and performance architects to gain a deep understanding of NVIDIA's Networking products and technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with developers to test new components, including crafting and executing unit, functional, and performance tests.
- Developing a verification environment and tools to qualify the product from functional and performance perspectives.
- Investigating performance-related issues in networking Linux drivers.
- Analyzing coverage measures to identify verification holes and show progress toward product development and releases.
- Identifying and writing all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner cases.
- Incorporating AI mindset and practices in your daily work.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or SW/Computer Engineering.
- 1+ years of work experience in low-level software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C.
- Strong orientation towards performance aspects in low-level code design.
- Background with Networking and protocols.
- Creative, motivated, and results-driven worker.
Nice to have:
- Background in Linux Operating Systems.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in performance analysis and debug of low-level code.
