Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
Hours of work: Sun 10:30-16:30 Mon 11:00-18:00 Tues 11:00-18:00 Wed 11:00-18:00 Sat 14:00-19:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide style advice and excellent customer service
- Drive sales and grow M&S's share in the style space
- Help customers discover the latest fashion items
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even under pressure
- Contribute to a positive store environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
