Student Marketeer - Galala University

As a Student Marketeer with Red Bull at Galala University in Ain Sokhna, you will be part of a dynamic program that empowers students to represent the brand on their university campus and in their region.

Your main goal will be to drive the Red Bull brand image, increase product understanding, and manage the brand on a student level.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Brand and Product Ambassador:
• Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
• Invite positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling.
• Build and execute an insight-driven plan to engage and excite students.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
• Drive brand engagement on social media using authentic content.

• Be a Sales Expert:
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull.
• Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts.
• Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.

• Executional Excellence:
• Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas of your role.
• Maintain and upkeep all Student Marketeer tools.
• Plan and report your activities via the dedicated online platform.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team.

Requirements:

• Second or third-year student.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people.
• Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.
• Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends.
• Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
• Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
• Valid driving license.
