Collaboration Manager Private Bank

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Collaboration Manager Private Bank in Shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou.

In this role, you will maximize HSBC's network in CIB, BB, IWPB, HK Business and UK Business to grow quality clients for PB. You will develop collaboration strategies and align interests with other lines of businesses and other PB booking centers. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Managing collaboration activities between GPB China and other Global Businesses across markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, UAE and United States
• Establishing attractive internal marketing programs and schemes to contribute to prospecting and relationship building with internal partners and stakeholders
• Tracking and reviewing collaboration efforts and providing insights to GPB management
• Ensuring support from partners from other Global Businesses and GPB market teams by proactively managing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and over 6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions
• Broad knowledge of universal banking model, with preference in corporate banking, investment banking and wealth management
• Strong data analytics and interpretation capabilities, and proficient in various MS office applications (ppt, excel etc.)
• Fluent in English and Chinese speaking, and professional English writing
• Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to engage internal and external business stakeholders
• Experience in complex stakeholder management across organization is preferred – influencing, negotiating and partnering
