Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting your colleagues and working as a team.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, including working varied shifts.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday 6-10
- Thursday 6-10
- Friday 6-10
- Saturday 6-10
Additional Shifts: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
