Growth Marketing Lead

Job Overview

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to scale our performance marketing efforts. You will define channel strategies, develop programs for distinct customer segments, and drive measurable impact from demand creation through customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global performance marketing channel strategy across all channels
• Execute growth campaigns end-to-end across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Build campaigns and programs for consumers, developers, and businesses
• Own self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation for Team, Enterprise, and the API
• Partner with Data Science on incrementality, holdouts, attribution, lifetime value, and payback
• Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement
• Work with Growth Product and Growth Engineering on top-of-funnel experiments and the marketing stack
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing on high-quality creative
• Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership and shape the long-term roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing at high-growth technology companies
• Led a growth marketing function, owning the team, budget, and KPIs
• Driven self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation and consumer growth
• Rigorous about experimentation and incrementality
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Experience using AI to work faster and better

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to developers or other technical audiences
• Experience across SEO and lifecycle, in addition to performance marketing
• Experience working on products with dual B2C and B2B funnels
• Experience working on consumer subscription businesses

Logistics

• Annual Salary: $320,000-$400,000 USD
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time
