Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager for security-classified projects in Stockholm, Sweden.
As a Construction Manager, you will be the client's representative on site and responsible for monitoring production, quality, time, and cost.
You will lead meetings, handle contract issues, and follow up on testing and inspections.
Our projects have a wide range of tasks, including NATO adaptations, quays, regiments, rock structures, pipeline laying, mass handling, contaminated soil, and much more.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical education
- Five years of experience in the specific area within the last 10 years
- Documented knowledge and experience of AMA Anläggning, MER Anläggning, AB 04, and ABT 06
- Previous experience of security-classified work is meritorious
- Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
- B driver's license
