Business Analyst

MediCard Phils., Inc., a leading HMO founded and run by doctors, is seeking a Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. The successful candidate will bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research
• Document functional and non-functional specifications, including BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment with product owners, developers, QA, and business units
• Support solution design and validation with technical teams
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping to identify process improvements
• Assist in UAT and quality checks to validate deliverables
• Support continuous improvement through Agile best practices and process enhancements
