Job duties:

• Identify business challenges and develop effective digital solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives
• Analyze and assess functional impacts across front-to-back applications
• Conduct requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for business value creation
• Design and document new business processes and system enhancements
• Support project planning, timelines and business assessments
• Participate in testing, deployment and user training activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
• Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage
• Background or project experience in insurance operations
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
