Lead Analyst, Business Analyst

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Lead Analyst, Business Analyst to join their team. As a member of the AIA Group IT, Solution Centre delivery team, you will provide Business Analyst skills to project delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with business stakeholders to understand new requests and communicate high-level requirements to the project delivery teams
• Developing detailed business requirements based on the initial Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Creating business requirements documentation for projects using project tools such as DevOps or Jira
• Leading meetings with business stakeholders and presenting requirements clearly
• Providing subject matter expertise on Power Platforms, UiPath, Workday, Copilot Studio and Generative AI
• Creating wireframe designs using Figma or Sketch
• Managing requirements and user stories within projects using Azure DevOps
• Engaging with business stakeholders to refine requirements and secure formal sign-off
• Creating UAT test plans that align with business requirements documentation
• Working with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure implementation and design align with business requirements
• Increasing the quality of business requirements at the start of the project to ensure requests are well-defined for developers and testers
• Delivering projects on time while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
