Aramco is seeking an Organization Design/Development Practitioner to join our Downstream Organization Development Division. As an organization design practitioner and an organization development advisor, you will be responsible for managing and conducting activities to successfully complete project assignments, collaborating with the business to analyze major organization challenges, and working as a fully independent individual contributor in solving business challenges related to organization development disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining parameters, objectives & work scopes; study techniques, plans & schedules; data collection, interpretation of findings; final recommendations, selling, implementation & post project review as necessary.
- Collaborating with the business to analyze major organization challenges and provide recommendations on interventions to enhance business effectiveness.
- Working as a fully independent individual contributor in solving business challenges related to organization development disciplines.
- Functioning as a team leader when required, providing work direction to less experienced employees as needed.
- Participating in developing more junior consultants.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering from a recognized and approved program, with 15 years' experience in organization development, management consulting, operating model design, workforce analytics, and strong knowledge of downstream value chains.
