Customer Analytics and Value Management, Principal (Senior Manager - Welcome Actuarial and Finance candidates)

At AIA, we're on a mission to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We're looking for a Customer Analytics and Value Management Principal to join our Customer Intelligence Management team, playing a vital role in advancing this movement.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Customer Enterprise Analytics and Innovation to achieve assigned goals by leveraging customer insights from both internal customer data and external customer research.

Key responsibilities:

• Combine internal customer data with associated research to create a comprehensive view of customer behavior and preferences
• Develop and refine customer segmentation models to better understand and target key customer groups
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on insights derived from data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are integrated into business strategies
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders
• Conduct and oversee external market research projects to gather additional customer insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, preferably major in Actuarial and Finance
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent knowledge and proven record in project management / execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
