Business Development – Semiconductor & Ecosystem Strategy

We are seeking a Business Development – Semiconductor & Ecosystem Strategy professional to oversee the development of strategic market and product-line business plans, marketing programs, and investment-driven growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic market and product-line business plans aligned with long-term corporate goals
• Leading investment-related assessments, including market sizing, business model validation, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, and synergy evaluation
• Identifying and building relationships with strategic customers, partners, and ecosystem players to drive business growth
• Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and new investment opportunities
• Driving make-versus-buy and build-partner-invest strategic decisions, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborating with finance, legal, and corporate development teams to evaluate strategic investments, JV opportunities, M&A targets, and partnership structures
• Preparing and delivering investment memos, strategic proposals, and board-level presentations to support major investment decisions
• Monitoring portfolio partners or invested businesses, providing strategic guidance to ensure value realization
• Championing innovative ideas, leading strategic initiatives, and contributing to overall organizational roadmap planning
• Serving as a subject matter expert internally and externally, representing the company in industry and investment-related communities
