Distribution Partner Manager

The Distribution Partner Manager's main priority is representing and managing Red Bull's business with assigned Distribution Partners by developing and agreeing annual business plans, achieving growth, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company strategy and priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop distributor relationships, setting and reviewing sales, distribution, and execution targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and training sessions, coach distributor teams through field visits.
• Ensure Red Bull merchandising and execution standards are followed, implement incentive programs to drive performance.
• Develop annual business plans with distributors, align on sales forecasts, distribution targets, investments, and KPIs.
• Manage assigned budgets, including incentives, POS, and promotional investments.
• Utilize Red Bull systems and reports to drive performance, analyze market and competitor trends.
• Support inventory and GTM strategy execution, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of strong sales experience in Consumer Goods (beverage industry preferred).
• Experience working with distributors, customers, and/or KA chains.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Understanding of local market dynamics and customer landscape.
• Ability to lead and develop distributor partners with strong business and strategic thinking.
• Strong communicator with proven presentation, training, and coaching capabilities.
• Results-driven problem solver with the ability to manage conflict, analyze complex issues, and make informed decisions.
• Highly organized and self-motivated professional with excellent planning, time, and resource management skills.
• University Degree or above.
• Korean and English: Fluent both written and speaking.
• Travel frequency 20-30%.
