Physical Therapist

Duly Health and Care in Lockport is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team, empowering health and elevating care.

The Physical Therapist will work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations with no double booking and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Collaborate with leading physicians and a strong internal referral network

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Anticipated base compensation range: $77,000 - $110,000
