Your responsibilities:

• Your area of responsibility includes the sale of vehicles in the new and used car segment, as well as the mediation of financing, leasing contracts, and insurance services.
• You represent the Porsche brand to potential customers.
• You are responsible for acquiring new customers and contacting interested parties on site.
• Comprehensive customer care is key to your success in gaining loyal regular customers.
• Lead generation, customer support, and customer loyalty.
• Conducting and participating in exclusive customer events.
• Collaboration and maintenance of cooperations.
• Maintaining all customer data and relevant information in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in automotive trade or business studies.
• Certification as a qualified automobile salesperson is desirable.
• Sales experience.
• Comprehensive industry knowledge, good general education, and commercial understanding.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of contact with people.
• Independent and precise work with sound time and self-management.
• Passionate commitment to automobiles.
• Customer and market-oriented behaviour.
• Targeted handling of sales-specific tools and programs.
• Team ability, reliability, willingness to perform, engagement.
• Friendly and authentic appearance.
• Driving licence class B.
• Foreign language skills in French/English are desirable.
• Affinity for luxury items in fashion, travel, and gourmet.
