The Associate AI Engineer role, based remotely, involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms for HR.
The Solutions Delivery team within People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) focuses on AI-powered employee experiences, workflow automation, and HR technology solutions. The Associate AI Engineer will contribute to developing AI applications, preparing and transforming data, integrating enterprise systems, testing solutions, and supporting deployment and monitoring activities.
Responsibilities include:

The role works closely with other AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams in an Agile delivery environment.
