Description
Leidos is seeking Mission Managers to collaborate with a team of intelligent professionals in Northern Virginia. The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating, resourcing, and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in tactical ground operations, tactical air operations, complex command and control tools and systems, and the ability to work in high-stress environments.
Key skills for success include:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress
- Critical thinking about immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions
- Natural multi-tasking and communication skills
Minimum requirements:
- 6+ years of Intelligence or DoD experience
- Valid driver's license with real ID
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 to 20 years of full-time professional experience
- Master's degree highly desirable
The pay range for this position is $92,300.00 - $166,850.00.
