At Leidos Australia, you'll work on meaningful projects that protect and advance the Australian way of life. As a Test Manager / Verification and Validation Manager, you'll lead the verification, validation, and testing approach for a complex Defence capability.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and governing the program's Verification, Validation and Test (V&V) strategy
- Providing technical leadership across all phases of testing
- Driving test readiness and assurance activities
- Partnering with customers, delivery teams, and suppliers to coordinate complex testing activities
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading verification, validation, testing, or systems assurance activities, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires an Australian citizen with an NV-1 security clearance and the ability to uplift to an NV-2 security clearance.
